Exhausted
After not sleeping for more than 24hours..around 30hours++ probably
since consider the fact that I slept at 5am last night and I did not sleep the previous previous night..
The last sleep was on wed night until last night 5am..I gotten my sleep finally!
Working on adobe illustrator and occasionally using the help of Adobe Photoshop, I've finally completed my mock-up mag! I'm doing on an anime & manga magazine!
T________T One month's stuff cramp into 2 days to learn and do..!Super Jean!
But...
I missed my deadline.. Friday 5pm..*sigh*..
Now I will have my marks minus..
That's not all..
Supposedly to have a replacement class this morning, so I can hand up my mag..at least one day late not that bad kan?!
Guess what..
Too Tired.
I can't wake up.
That's it.

Cooking -_-'.
No big surprise there ehs?
Lately all I ramble about is cooking..ahahaahah!
Can't blame me..
Another reason to hate cooking..
The BLOODY washing up part..
today I cooked the remainder pork leg from cny..-_- stupid pig's leg so big..must eat half half..T_T..and as you all know to cook a cny dishe like the famous 'tungku zhu kiok' aka Mushroom Pork Leg..you need WHOLE FRIGGIN DAY!!!
Cause of the process..you need to wash brush..boil in water take out..etc etc..
and to cook pork leg you need a lot of time for it to soft..practically whole day -_-"..
Lucky I skip class =X okies..that's not the point..can't wake up la!!slept late!hahaha!
So from the point I woke up..1.30pm isn't early I know I know..but hey anyway..I used the pressure cooker to save some time. I don't really have the ingredients during cny,only mushroom, fish maw, tofu skin, a bit of fatt choy left..
After few hours........
Pour the ingredients from the pressure cooker to claypot to slowly boil it with slow fire..for the taste to come out those crap la..
The whole process -_- .......
No guessing which made me the most tired..

I cut my hand countless of times.I have this cut it went deep into a few layers of skin actually. On my right thumb..!It can't heal already!There's a freaking hole there since a month ago!!!
And now whenever I touch salt or anything it hurts -_-"...damn..!
Did I mention about the part my hand scalded while cooking?There's mark on my arms..
and small dots here and there -_-" I'm immune to it already it seems..
SEE?!COOKING IS DANGEROUS!
The preparation makes you hurt yourself..

I know I know -_-" It didn't turn out too good..I overdosed on the black kicap..LOLLLLL!but the still it's okie..the ingredients are soft enough!I used the pressure cooker!muahahahahaha!
2)Steamed Sour Angel Fishes
Okie finee -_-" I put too much ingredients already..but it turn out still okie..
3)Buttered Prawns
The most succesful dishes among all!!MUAHAHAHA!like those you can find in restaurants..!sedapp!!!Got the right recipe! :p
4)Pig stomach with abalone soup
A bit of a failure -_-" . put too much water..and too much pepper seed!!argh!!SPICY!!
5)bamboo shoot with scallops..supposedly..but change of menu the last min..due to unavailability of scallops..LOL..it became ROASTED DUCK!!!kekeke..I did not cook it lar..tapau la!!LOL!
