The P.A
So yeah expected. My uni management doesn't seem to work with their brains..they suck hell lot of money from the convocation and the best they could do is at least make sure there are enough stock of the RIGHT sizes of gown for everyone right? But hell no..as though they are like tons of XL or XXL people running around in my uni..they stock so many big sizes and so little S size. wth!!! Even S sizes reach the ankle..a little bit before..and cause of the freaking cheque and blabla matters..i went there at noon time and only manage to get a M size..dammit!M size it reach my freaking ankle..and I look like some halloween ghost..-_-..double sigh.
Imagine something like this..except it's black instead of white...
Okie probably minus the head as well..
Sigh anyway what's done is done. have to relied on safety pin to pin up the extra loose side. baby gonna help me with it :X. I have tons of clothes need to alter too..all throw to him..since I broke my sewing machine the last time I tried to do it myself -_-' don't ask how and why, I just manage to spoiled it again. And I secretly put it back in place and pretend that nothing has happened, hopefully when king opens it, he'll think he break it.
Anyway...lately I have gotten a new "JOB" .. Strangely without me knowing or I have no knowledge or memory of me applying for this job..heck!
Guess what..?
I'm officially everyone's P.A. = personal assistant.
Hmm..more like travel planner/trip planner & outing planner. For some strange reason..king's trip...my aunt's trip..friends' trip..whatever outings..I'm strangely the organizer whether I like it or not.
Scenario 1: King's Trip: Yeah he phostphone his trip to thailand supposedly this week to july..cause of some 'old man grudge' he had against the 'uncle lim' =.= . I think it's men menopause..andropause..or something?the older someone gets..they hold to grudge easily..no wonder people often said grumpy old man..hmm..how true..
And of course everything..well almost have to dump to me..from finding cheap hotels to comparing prices of the flight for the CHEAPEST..for his friend and my uncles actually..since his ticket already booked last year at matta fair. and since he is not in good term with the 'uncle lim' that we met and knew when we went to the same china tour 2 years ago. So end up I had to do the dirty job -_-".
And today was just a bad day for me. I spam call air asia call center for the past few days to enquire and also to ask for any refund service since king wanna forfeit the trip due to the old grudge..-_-"..in the end he manage to get his friends and my uncle to go..so postphone the date to july. and while I thought everything have come to an end...the dumbass call center agent help me booked the wrong date..only realize when the email of itinery came in..had to call and call dunno go through how many customer service agent who say will check the voice call log and help me find out whether it's their fault..the first few CB agent did not even get back to me. I waited bloody 2 hours..and in the end found an angel agent..who help me -_-"..close to their closing time..from morning ..till 7.30pm I finally settle finish..wtf.and during this duration..king did call and give me pressure here and there..damn..asking this that..*sigh*
Scenario 2: Aunt's Trip: Well..Going to Hong Kong..to meet my aussie uncle halfway after he finish his china tour..-_-" Again..the responsibility fall to me..well I'm going as well you see..but still..!why me!!RAWR! From finding cheap hotels and checking fare price to compare to those with the tour agency..wth..since when my job became these!??! and one after another hotel...my aunt and uncle couldn't agree on a hotel..fussy people!my uncle want like less than 5 min walk to mrt station..those hotels are overpriced -_-"..my aunt is the cheapo type..LOL~so in the end who suffer?
The P.A of course! Took me days of searching online and talking on the phone..discussing planning and finally..this trip is set and settled too..*sigh*
Scenario 3: Friends Trip Hmm..we plan to go redang well actually is pulau lang tengah..nearby too..and I dunno why everyone think since I'm not working = I'm free..-_-" hello..housewife is also a job u guys know?and it ain't an easy one..wanna know?go home ask your mom..if you have a kakak/maid..ask them..basically I'm having the maid job. and everyone just think I'm slacking at home..damn..I have to work you know..this job is harder than those office job you guys get okie! pure labour and sweat okie!!!and I don't have air con to blow while I'm at work!and there's no rest day...24/7 at least if you're working you'll knockoff at 5pm/6pm..*sigh* appreciate your maid or mom more..I salute them..especially if they have to work outside too.. Anyway..since all my friends take the excuse of "being busy cause of work"..and being selekeh about the trip..who else to take the dirty job again?! ... .. The P.A again!
If not, I don't think we be going anywhere and the place will be fully booked by then..I spent two freaking days..researching all I can of redang and lang tengah..and came out with a detailed report..(feel like I'm doing my lab report once again)..about the comparison prices and reviews of each hotel available and what packages they offer...transportation and travel time etc..my whole report consist of 16 pages..I'm good at researching I realize -_-"?LOL!! It just feel like an assignment all over again..and after that I thought I can lay back and let the others do the rest? Well..how wrong am I. Bla Bla and bla...end up I'm somehow the organizer from bookings, contacting agency, payment, arranging transport, buy bus ticket..all one man show..-_-"..because if I don't take charge and push and push the others..I don't think this trip will even manage to materialize.. In the process..I keep pushing the others to confirm and pay the money to me first so I can proceed with the bookings..at last..when I contact them today.they told me T_T they might not have rooms and they need to check again...will get back to me tomorrow..because of the delays la!grrr...!!That's why I want to do everything early and fast!
Scenario 4: Outings In general..lately there's quite a number of outings..friend's birthday this that..I somehow end up to be the organizer and the person to contact the rest..and planning..somehow it's getting tiresome.. Plus I have a friend who came down from SG today gosh and he wants to meetup and have a gathering tomorrow night..last min sia..but nevermind..the PA still manage to do it and organize... baby is coming down too...=.=" not to mention organizing my graduation outing too.. IN CONCLUSION: I did not volunteer to be the organizers of such events but somehow they manage to find their way to me..T________T
I did not apply for this job..and somehow I'm everyone's PERSONAL ASSISTANT now!!although I can do the job well..but to be honest.. I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!ARGHHHHHHHHHH~ I too wanna just slack and enjoy like the rest..while on a trip / outing~~!!ish!!
*p.s. do not ask me for any trip/outing if you're gonna push the organizing job to me.will be eternally grateful to you.
Remind me of those days where I had to book tickets, pick laundry to buying flowers for my monster boss last time -_-"..similar job scope..no wonder I'm good at these..is it why naturally all these event are attracted to me...law of attraction?
And yesh I'll be going... hong kong in may 5D4N.. pulau lang tengah in june 4D3N
trips lining up..:X hong kong trip mainly teman aunt nia..don't think will get to see much tourist spot and attraction cause they have been there many many times ler and almost all tourst spot..they are going there for main purpose of shopping and eating :X Well..hopefully next time can go with baby XD~ our japan holiday trip has become pulau lang tengah trip ..lol -_-"..due to the fact that king is from the stone age and having conservatives view..he's only okie with it since I'm going in a bunch with friends and not alone with baby :X..does that make a difference actually?cause everyone will be going in couple..LOL?
