Food again!??!
Again..I have the tendency to post food post -_- somehow..rather..I'll end up posting about food again.. Don't ask me why. Don't ask me how. Cause........... I dunno myself too! LOL!! Izzit cause I'm a pig?! :p
Anyways...This is supposedly outdated long time ago..lazy to blog la!! My CNY's eve dinner..prepared by none other than myself..!LOL!! 1)Pork leg,tofu skin, sea cucumber, fish maw, mushroom, oyster..etc I know I know -_-" It didn't turn out too good..I overdosed on the black kicap..LOLLLLL!but the still it's okie..the ingredients are soft enough!I used the pressure cooker!muahahahahaha!
2)Steamed Sour Angel Fishes Okie finee -_-" I put too much ingredients already..but it turn out still okie..
3)Buttered Prawns The most succesful dishes among all!!MUAHAHAHA!like those you can find in restaurants..!sedapp!!!Got the right recipe! :p
4)Pig stomach with abalone soup A bit of a failure -_-" . put too much water..and too much pepper seed!!argh!!SPICY!!
5)bamboo shoot with scallops..supposedly..but change of menu the last min..due to unavailability of scallops..LOL..it became ROASTED DUCK!!!kekeke..I did not cook it lar..tapau la!!LOL!

Hmm since this being a food post..I might as well post everything in one shot..Had lunch with dad's colleague..he *ahem* wants to introduce this gal to my brother..HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAHAHAHAH!! ROFLLLL...

As I mentioned..yeahs dad sorta wanting to introduce gals to my bro is one of his tactics to make him come back -_-" i think..Dad got her msn and gave it to bro and vice versa.. Bro's just layaning for the sake of layan -_-".. And so I had the opporutnity to meet my ahem possible sis in law at lunch.. Sadly no..I'm not posting any pics of people here due to privacy reason..except food pics..kekekeke!:p And so we had this famous bak kut teh.at Klang..!they have branch in hong kong..they even have their own website..www.Bahkutteh.com nice environment?? They have certs and stuff..came out in newspapers too..wah? See..one of the famous hong kong actress..came to eat here also..sek kar yin!! As usual damage done... Sedapppppppppppppppp eh!!!!I love their soup and bone meat!!wahahaha!
